Buzzards Bait is open late as well as Charlies and Makos all are in Buzzards Bay

buzzards bait is open until mid-night on fri and sat, but there eels are usually smaller then Makos across the street, but, i don't think mako's is open past 9.

Not sure what time I will be getting down that way so beggars can't be choosers.

If you can get there earlier than midnight, you can keep eels in some seaweed and on ice and they will stay alive for over 24 hours. I keep eels in one of those minnow buckets where the smaller bucket fits into the larger one. I drilled a number of holes (from inside-out), about the size of regular phillips head screwdriver into the inside bucket, so the eels' slime could drain out. It works great and keeps them from drowning.
