It's still been deep in the night with eels for me. The canal and just outside of it have given me the best three weeks of fishing I have ever had.

I still think there are at least 2 to 3 good pushes of BIG fish through the canal remaining. Seems like there has been one amazing day a week followed by 2-3 very good days afterward.

The past couple of weeks have been non stop,my best season ever by far size wise.No doubt night time is the right time in the spot i'm fishing, last week fish turned on between 11pm-3am this week it's been 6pm-11pm. All at or just before the turn of the tide plugging. The best part, not many blues!
