Chiro almost killed me. 6 years ago I had a double fusion with titanium plate (c4-5 and c5-6). I know it's not for everyone but it made it 95% better than I was before. Lost 10 degrees of flexibility, didnt even notice. BUT...the first 6-9 months really sucked bad. And I know people who didnt have the same results.
