Anyone got Neck arthritis?

Yep spot on Raven and I'm scared %$%$%$%$less that taking that stuff is going to cause more damage than good.

This is starting to come to a head as in last nite I fell asleep on the couch and my head slipped back not once but twice and when this happens it's excruciating pain. I can't do neck stretches etc it makes it worse.

I've done a bunch of research and not thrilled with what I am seeing so I was hoping someone else on here may have similar experience and suggestions.

as you should be.... i saw the damage and was blown away... by what i saw (first hand) internally on the TV monitor inside myself and i said...F that crap...it's absolutely worthless

i had to shrug it off ...suck it up...and mentally increase my tolerance to pain....
instead of reaching for that bottle of motrin 800's like there's no repercussions... your stomach hates it unless you take it with milk and your intestinal tract hates it even worse
when you develope ulcers from prolonged use...

tylenol destroys your liver ...they even came out with a drug that repairs the damage to your liver from taking tylenol

btw (as you've probably surmised)
a couch is the worst place to get comfortable for the neck.... those arm rests just are not designed for neck comfort even when you use any kind of pillow set up!

What Raven said. And you might want to try a good sports PT or sports related massage therapist. I have got lower back pain and a nerve entrapment in my hip and massage works wonders. RUN as fast you can away from anyone who suggests you need surgery as soon as possible!...

i just told my Doctor that my numbness has returned
and she discussed surgery... like it was an option
and i looked at her like.... not even gonna happen...
