Just for S&G, I nuked Otis and found out that not only wouldn't I be vaporized instantly, I wouldn't even suffer second degree burns, with a 450 kt explosion.
This doesn't tell you anything about the blast, though, and whether you'd get impaled on an uprooted tree or have a car slammed against you
I also think this assumes a ground level burst. An air burst at 2500' might show you a whole 'nother picture
