So DaveS will now go the his physician and tell him he can't get block island out of his head. The physician might have a birthmark/mole on his face and Dave will tell him it's shaped like a pork chop. The doc will then tell Dave that he has contracted Block Island Fever and there is no known cure. The only thing Dave can do to ease the symptoms is take repeated trips to the island.
