Yeah, you are right, but remember Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware). He says it's a picture. He sounds pissed about the price of a VS and states he can sell anything he wants for any price he wants.
You should never bid on anything on eBay without reading the description in detail before you bid.
Looks like the item was relisted with the word photograph in it. I read the feedback and the seller has a 96 percent rating. These are tough times. Sometimes people do desperet things.
