His reply; So you can read. It proves you aren't a 2 year old!

This guy is a POS as far as I am concerned.

This whole country is playing a big game of "GOTCHA", there's a scam artist on every street corner and in every bank or business. There are exceptions, but they're very rare. Sad. Read and understand before you lay down the dough..
