Get back into my physical regiment again since the car accident just about a month ago, deepen my Martial Arts training and Yoga (stretching mostly) which has been long overdue.

Mentally...trying not burning my brain out on graduate school, money issues, etc. and making sure I keep myself meditating as much as possible and researching to keep myself learning. Controlling my Narcolepsy would be nice...

Trying to rehab the shoulder and not put on much of the weight I had lost. Looking at the new ZB is keeping me very motivated.

I am going to be ok until March. Thats when the mental torture for me begins. Honestly, checking out the posts here help. I want to loose some weight and get some cardio in. Jumping all over rocks in the middle of the night is not so good for the body when your in bad shape.

thats why they call it fishing not catching

Fridge sprints, Twelve ounce curls, fork lifts. I'm gonna be my usual winded Spring self. Thank God I quit smoking years ago..

I know mentally I'm going to increase my lurking on here during April and May... so I can know when to start fishing. I figure the 6th or 7th thread may be a good indicator as the first few are usually .......or....

Meanwhile, physically?? I'll be chasin' my 1yr old around as he's finally finding his legs...
