I've got both, I'll show them anything they want this year especially since the SW registry is free. Next year I have to buy the $10 MA SW plus the $20 HMS pelagic.

Thats one of those "don't leave home without it" things. One doesn't mean your covered for everything. You still need all the correct permits unless exempted and the pelagic permit satifies the state requirements where I fish which is Maine, NH and Mass.
