Thanks Piemma My whole point RI has what a 2 week commercial bass season I mean really?? Mass is longer but the fleet aint that big either..... I think if everyone here did some research they would realze a few things.. The Magnason- Stevenson act was enacted in 1976 same year NMFS came into play if you read it and see what the feds are doing you will understand why things are the way they are.. I have a video called " Truth Fishing crisis or government mismanagement" and im gonna say this if you watch it you would understand more its NOT the commercial guys destroying the stocks its the government..
