The soaps work much better if you wash with cold water because warm/hot water open up the pores in your skin allowing more absorption.

It would be raining soup, and id be be standing outside with a fork

and i am miserable (on a physical level)
unfortunately
I was clearing an 11' x 22' area that was infested with P.I>

and I got impregnated with P.I. oil (man i hate this plant)
my arms that had JUST finally cleared up are now all itchy as hell

wishing the ocean temperatures were allot warmer right now.

I am going on a pure WHEY protein and carrot juice diet for the next few DAYS to "clean out " and mega dose vitamins too.
plus drink lemonade 80 degrees tomorrow
to clean out the LIVER
