after my doctors visit been on a serios weight loss plan and need to drop my cholosterol a lot.
down 14 from the visit, gym membership for xmas and lots of vitamins and exercise.
been running with the dogs, even theyre losing weight
My mother just had a blood test Tuesday and she asked them how her cholesterol level was when they called this morning and when they told her it was great she cracked up. Her doctor dropped her to one a week back in July/August because they were causing muscle spasms and she stopped taking them completly at the end of September. I really wonder if half the stuff they get people to take is even necessary or just made up to increase sales. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device
