Hey Red - I actually thought it was funny but it was straddling the border on what can and what might not be appropriate on the main page... If we get a new, more private forum for stuff like that, it would be a go...

GB - It's not that the Penns are out of favor these days. It's more that they aren't the only affordable game in town anymore. They also have not exactly been at the forefront of the technological advancement of the reel in recent years. But they do work and most of the models are pretty solid...

I think that was Fishpart's 2 piece AllStar made @ M&Ds in Wareham - my rod is a stealth rod that is invisible at night

Goose - I do like CMS's stuff but they start you off with Pac Bay guides and then move you up to Fujis. I like to start with the Fujis but I guess it's really personal preference...

RED - we are gonna sneak up on that spot this year too as I'd really like to learn that bar, as well as the spots about 1.5 miles SW

Jenn - Wakefield is boring and very pricey. It's also WAY too far to get to from Rhody or the Cape... Closest shoreline is Lynn, Lynn, Lynn - City of Sin.... Is that his only option? Wakefield?

Red - that's a tough business to be in when you're in your fifties. I worked in car shops for more than a couple years and I realized that I didn't want to turn a wrench when I get older.... If you're a good mechanic, you get a lot of respect and pride doing your job. But 30 years with an impact gun will take a major toll. It'll make Tennis elbow look like hitting your funny bone....

Bloo - both my machine and Da Wifes automatically log in to the forums because it's the default page so as soon as a browser is started the names pop up. Same for me when I'm at work. So if I open a browser to go somewhere else, my name will still show up....

Why does it seem like I'm logged on but never posting? I'm working on a super secret but very cool project

... So believe me, I'd rather be in the "CHAT ROOM" right now but I'm working

Plus, I haven't posted much since yesterday - when I got home from Slip's yesterday I did a couple things around the house & played with my son. I fell asleep on the couch @ 7:30 my wife let me sleep until 7am this morning
