I forgot to post because I was heading off to NC but on Monday Feb 7th I weighed 280. Seems like a ton of work for one or two pounds a week.

It is never too late, like you said it is running till June 1st so if you think you can catch up you are welcome aboard!!! I'll PM you my addy or if you are going to the TFCTGFN you can just give it to me then. I will be easy spot, I will be the little fat guy that hasn't lost any weight. I will add your weight to the list. Just having a few computer issues but should be able to post weights tomorrow night. Thx JP

I know yo-yoing is not good in fishing and it really stinks dieting. Eating like a rabbit over the week and splurged on a couple meals on the weekend and I am back up amother 2 pounds. Crap!!!  186
