still sticky

So, I posted some pics of my first plugs. I am having a problem though. I painted about 7 plugs and epoxied them on two different nights. The first 4 came out mint and the other 3 (different night) are still sticky.

They have been drying for a week, so time is out of the question. I feel as though the ratio of resin and hardener was correct? Maybe not? Temperature? What should I do? Can I put another coat of epoxy on top, Or do I have to just live with it??
