Rod Wrapping motors

For those of you that have built your own wrapping jigs, where did you get your motors and any recommendations on which motor and cost/features...

Thanks

I think Capesam is talking dryer motor. the standard wrapper motor is a sewing machine motor. You can buy a matching foot peddle speed controller. If you add a light dimmer switch inline , you can control the speed wherever you want. Just look up sewing machine repair places.

I've used a sewing machine motor for a while, ''"they work great""........I've done over 30 rods with it , no problems(so far)
