Do you want to drop it off at a shop and let them have at it? If so, unless you're REALLY attached to it, sell it now and go buy a new boat. Do you want to do it yourself? If so sign up on classicseacraft.com and start looking through the myriad of projects. also classicmako.com has a ton of different projects done.
