fall run
when does the fall run start around? do the stripers go up the rivers? if so do they travel far up the charles or mystic rivers? and how long dpes the fall run last for??

Boston Harbor your good through end of October usaully..depends if we have alot of storms or a good cold snap, will get them moving out too..After that if you want to chase them South you can still get into them.. I fish em in begining of Nov, like I say depending on the weather..

damn the weather. killerlexus, i think that the fall run is warming up a little bit now... i cant wait to do wollaston beach or any b haba shore.

i fish where there aren't bathers around.  hook me up later, then ill show you. im a shroebound mofo. nuts isle? i have no ideas. i dont have the time or money to try it now because i left my tackle box at a friend's boat last saturday and i have a school and martial arts to concentrate. charles river? no, i have not. i hardly noticed any good shore access for stripers. you?

why would the 'run start now? the waters are still very warm. fish may be actively feeding, but that is due to the abundance of bait, not that they are preparing for the run. depending on where you are, the real run may not start for another month at least. water temps dictates that primarily.
