Make'em...go to AC Moores and pick up some wooden eggs for a buck a piece, drill a hole through it and wrap some wire. Put in a small finishing nail and you are done.

Metal jigs, megabaits, mariahs, etc and USE A TEASER. I can't tell you how many times the teaser was the difference between catching and not catching. Those that had teasers caught and those that didn't, watched.

Swimmer makes some really nice teaser set ups. PM him and I'm sure he can set you up. The local B&T is carrying them now too. He markets them as Weeza's Teasers.

I have a ton of flys and some extra casting eggs. They're yours next time I bump into you.
I have randomly run into them as well with a 10' surf rod and changed over to the egg and fly and it works out great. Still put up a hell of fight on that gear.

If you don't have wire, just use long screw eyes. I use epoxy to set in there. Then, a little white primer to seal it and done.....don't forget the nail! lol
