The clip that holds the mooring line was broken. It was about 200 yards from the PJ light with hundreds of people there. I did not call it in, i guess it was there for quite some time.

I believe I was with the RIROCKHOUND when we can upon a 30' boat on the beach at Deep Hole some years ago. Guy was sleeping inside waiting for the tide.

I knew those rocks looked familiar.

DEM and Narr Police come by Camp Cronin at least once a day, I'm sure they saw it.
