Don't know the state laws but considering the age (2 & 3) I can't believe that child abandonment isn't a consideration.

Not the place to argue but it could be that she's just a piece of Sh?t !!!
Some people just suck. That's the real world. To think this piece of crap is walking around with food stamp money , makes me sick!

I think the fact they left two very young kids alone is enough, not sure you can judge beyond that given what's in the story.
