The WSM truly is a marvel of engineering. Fired it up for the first time last night at around 4. Minion method. Made some fantastic chicken, and at 10 it was still holding steady at 275.

Looking forward to messing around with it some more!

Did ya get the bigger of the 2 sizes????....went to weber store several times before making my own....UUUUUUU made a very good choice
