Billy, I've been seeing some good size deer almost every day near my house. You know the area well. I had a very large doe behind my shed on Monday morning when I was leaving for work. Probably no more than 30' from where I was standing.

We figured they were up behind the houses. 4 sits and so far, Saturday am is the only day I saw anything. 3 does came down around 830, bird hunters must have moved them down. I am not 100% sure where exactly you are. How close are you to the house with the BArn next to the WMA? About what time i the Am are you seeing them? |

I'm just 4 houses over the town line across from the GC. I'm seeing them between 8:30 and 9 when I leave for work and also on the way home between 4:30 and 5:30. One night coming home from fishing back in early September, I saw 6 from the main rd to my house. It was about 1am. If you want to use my yard for access, let me know. There's a trail that runs out from my back yard into the woods that they use.
