Have not read yet. NPR-RI did a interview with the guy in the summer. It was quite interesting.

Jeff - If you donate one to the site's "library" and if you do a give away of another book here you can officially spam your book - looks like an important topic.

We have lax rules regarding book promotions but thems the rules - thanks!
