Jaws Question Contest

Christian was nice enough to send me a plug for answering a question so I thought I'd return the favor for he or someone else. I even waited until I thought he'd be home and have his homework done so he had a good chance at recovering his loss. I'll check in on the progress tomorrow.

OK, I watch Jaws about once a month and noticed this minor blooper only a short while ago. I have a brand new anecdotal book about fishing I'd be glad to send the person who correctly answers the following question:

In the movie Jaws, after the first girl dies we see Chief Brodie typing out the accident report. He incorrectly uses a word on the report. Notice I didn't say misspells it, because the word is actually spelled correctly. What's the word?

C'mon folks, with the pending weather what more do you have to do than fast forward and rewind that VCR.
