DZ Registered User iTrader: (0) Join Date: Dec 2000 Posts: 2,574	Projo did a story about the reconstruction in today's paper. CRMC says everything is legit. They (CRMC) mention the existing seawall as being public. Does anyone know who originally built that seawall? More importantly were any federal funds used to build that seawall?
