Buy as many shore front properties as possible, specifically ones that won't be washing away within the next 50 years, and make it "S-B access ONLY!
That means NO (so-called) celebrities are allowed.
Do this in as many areas as possible, and if anyone complains about it, also mention that we'll be staging plover hunts in the spring to make suere WE have proper access to OUR beach.
Or maybe we just set up a legal fund and do whatever we want (within reason) and if we happen to need a lawyer because of a shore access issue, we'll be the ones armed for bear!
But until then, I'll pick and choose where and when I will fish.
