If there is one thing about the town is the number of shops that come and go on lower Thames st... That said the ones that go under are the ones that either sold junk or mis managed their money in the winter.
A tip... You are going to probably sell 1/16th the product in February than you will in august.

I won't sell anything in February because I won't be open. I think it has to do with both junk and mismanagement of money
