Yo Vanster,
sawzall in between the outer housing and tilt assy. Remove small peices left in outer housing once tilt is out ot the way. Remove pin left in tilt with patience, p-oil and careful application of heat
obviously new pin install.
I can see the corrosion in the pic
Like u said -hopefully upper is better. Should be.
