Second boat, some of out non-anglo friends. keeping DEFINITE shorts.

Did you call it in to DEM?
Otherwise it is like complaining about politics and not voting....

Not this time... I have called 5 times in the past from shore reporting people taking schoolies. Not once has DEM ever showed up. Do you REALLY think they are going to come out on the water? I know they are stretched thin, but c'mon... not one time out of 5 at a place easily accessable? I've all but given up on them doing anything meaningful.

I've actually seen more EPs this year than any other year that I can remember. Step in the right direction I suppose...

I've fished Rhody 5 times and have seen the EPO's twice this year. I've fished MA 4 times and have seen them null, as usual.

EPO"s have told me that even if you can get a car plate (I imagine a boat reg would do as well) they will put that info into a database and will keep an eye out for them for possible future infractions if they can't get there at the moment. They stressed that they need eyes out there as they are seriously understaffed. They are on the lookout big time for herring and glass eel poachers around the bay right now.

Hit the blues big time this evening. Some gator sized ones 33" and there were some nice sized bass in there as well - 25lbs or so feasting on those tentacled things. It's picking up, finally.
