But I'm gonna' go with regular ole' water spout.

Talked to a buddy at work that I've gone offshore with and he said he had seen one years ago on a fairly nice day way out there.

Caulk it up to another weird sighting on the ocean.
You never know.
I'm still on the search for that bag of money floating out there.

Back in the 70s and 80s we used to find bags of other "stuff" floating out there.
