Go with an oil based poly, my son just had his floors done and used oil based, 3 coats. A friend of his, same company, did the water based, took 6 coats and softer finish for scratches Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device
yes I want to use oil poly but the paint stores, HDepot and Lowes only seem to have the minwax crap
