i use HYALURONIC Acid by Spring Valley
(your body makes it's own lubricant)
in sufficient quantities til about age 40 then it begins
to slow production kinda like OPEC heh heh
this body Lubricant for joints is like a "WD40" for humans
that..... and i take MOVE FREE Advanced by Schiff
i also take KRILL OIL .... for similar reasons
