Sandoval has been scaring the Bejesus outta me at 3rd....every time he uncorks a throw to first is an adventure.

Ah, Joe Foy reborn.

Foy was probably before your time. The Sox were so high on Foy coming out of AAA that they converted The Boomer to a first baseman to make room for Foy. Which worked out, in a way. Scott kept Foy's fielding average in the .900s. Barely.

Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools, because they have to say something.

I was impressed with his "belly flop" catch the other night. Most of us full figure guys do NOT like to belly flop on grass. I think he is doing much better on defense than Ramirez in left field.

However both of them are hitting very well, and a mistake here and there on defense, so far has been outweighed by their offense.

I think most of out pitchers will settle in, with the only exception of Clay. I would love to see Clay pitch for the Yankees.

Seems the Porcello contract may have contrasted Clay's, in his head he knows he's only getting paid for the #4 spot, and I think he may have issues with Porcello making almost triple his pay. I am on NO WAY suggesting we pay Clay the pay of an ace to make him play like an ace.

Once again Clay has reinforced why I can't stand to watch him pitch.....

looks like we are on our way to repeat and go worst to worst back to back seasons....
