Yes it is moving forward, yes it should make rates cheaper for the island, and yes we drank a lot of bourbon; in defense that was right after Sandy, we were fishing in coffee milk and decided killing a few braincells was more productive! |

Why do you thing the rates would be cheaper. Wind power rates are usually higher than fossil fuel power plants. As I recall the Cape Wind project never claimed lower rates to the cape....actually higher. |
