Actually, Blitz, I found it easier to throw rigged eels and plugs thru the mung than to bait fish. Since the line is in the water a lot more at one time with bait, it picks up a whole lot more weed. I'd pick up some when throwing the eels, but not nearly as much. There was clean water around (usually mid day), just not at the times that I anted to fish.
