Still peanuts in Gloucester harbor and on the Manchester beaches. Seems to be all horse macs in the harbor ( tons of fun on light tackle). Did have bass on the 24th so not giving up yet with all this bait present.

Yes I agree with all the bait around and the water being 55* it isn't over, but you'll have to be there when the fish travel by
