Think about how many kids and pets go missing every year, and you can only imagine how many "houses of pain" are involved. If the punishments truly "fit the crimes" then the problems may not be eliminated, but the perps would be! This guy must have been a real actor, because his mug shot tells me "this guy is a psycho!" plain and simple.
	I am a legend in my own mind!
