right....most people vote every cycle without a problem....seem like it's the democrats that always have trouble figuring it out

then wouldn't the local governments be more likely democrat?
I guess there are no poor, elderly or minority republican voters.... or if there are.... these things don't affect their ability to cast a vote for some reason
