You can interpret that statement as lack of understanding if you want to and give that one reason why he is not fit for the office. I interpret it differently. I also observe Fox news concentrating on Hillary's email lies and extreme carelessness=negligence issue while other news like CNN, MSNBC all fall over themselves at the audacity of Trumps' statement, which is pretty much true by the way. That is simply deflecting seeing how their side won and there will be no Grand Jury because the FBI is afraid to look bad when the Justice Dept. would just not prosecute sine it has already been pre-determined as plain as day.
I can think of a reason Trump might make a bad president, if we loose rights which are protected by the Constitution. But since that has not happened and I don't have a crystal ball, the same could be said for any candidate, however not likely for a Libertarian.
