Ugh, so much eelgrass, mung, and sargasso weed at the spot today. Me and Shawno had our Sabikis (well, really only one).

Strange days indeed. Most peculiar mama.

I caught a keeper cod in state waters. He broke off my last Sabiki at the boat. I also caught maybe a 3 pound sculpin. Big mofo.

Had a tough time catching macs, so after exhausting our possibilities to SP minnows, we got some fish.

So, here's what I got.
2 schoolies.
1 maybe 3 pound sculpin
Boat load full of pollack.
We traded some macs to about a 45 foot Hatteras. They gave us a tuna "Head Steak.: I looked at it as a good deal.
Moral of the story, You fish next to guys in a behemoth like that, you better be really carefull of the rocks out there.

It was a good weekend for me in general.
