It has been a weird year. Went through the Ditch yesterday on the boat and saw tons of schoolies busting bait and waved to my buddy ratts on the way through. Hit Scortons Ledge and trolled to Barnstable Harbor with tube and worms and never got a touch. Marked lots of fish but they were dogs, it only takes one drop of a chunk to verify that. Last year at this time there were lots of large in this area but this year it has been slow all year except for spurts now and then. Ditch is loaded but lots of smaller fish for over a week, Right SK.? Good news from the Vineyard as the large are there but the winds are making fishing it tough hopefully will be able to get there soon.
