Canal current question
Having a hard time getting my old brain cells around the currents..
West end ( gray gables ) low at 4:00 AM, east end low at 8:00 AM
If I head through east to west 6 ish I'll be with it most the way, yes?

that would put you around slack tide in the canal at 6
I am not sure what you mean by your question about being with it the whole way
with what?
pay more attention to current direction than high or low when taking tides in the canal.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.
1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!
It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

you must ride into gray gables to fish. No parking in that whole neighborhood.

Thanks George
Bruce, The wife says my mind is not "with it" :-)
I ment steaming west I'd be "with" the current, but now I " see the light " , slack is good, better than fighting it for sure.
Planning on grabing some macs east end and running them to the Buz bay...

Ya Slip, current is the key not the high and low. There's a 2+ or - hour lag between the 2.
