I dunno... Sometimes I wish I had more deadrise. I've got 16 deg at transom. It's a good compromise, stable at drift vs. smooth running in chop. But Narr. Bay late afternoon chop makes me wish i had a deeper V. Trim tabs help immensely... but when I see Reg's and other Deep V's cruising by me in the slop it makes me jealous. Pick your poison.
