It's a small world .........

Hey TwistedT,

Oxford, CT??? I know where that is, having been born and raised in Seymour!!! Of course, that was a few years ago, now I'm also semi-old living in Peace Dale and surfcasting just about every day.

I remember the days mostly passing through Oxford (except when we stopped at Bobby Fritz' for breakfast) to get to the Pomperaug, Shepaug or Cornwall in search of those beautiful brookies, rainbows and brownies with my dad and uncle. In the fall, the trip was often interrupted by side trips to their favorite spots to search for mushrooms ... very fond memories of those days (Mickey, Yogi and Whitey were in their primes).

The Oxford/Southbury area has changed drastically over the years. How long ya' been in Oxford?
