I disbelieved what Trump says be cause its not true.. not just because he said it. Most rationale people do the same

Like most rationale people they understand he literally wasn't criticizing Cummings over the amount of rats in Baltimore

All y'all aint been to Bal'more. I have lived inside and just outside of Baltimore for about 11 years and spent numerous other times in and out of Baltimore, one of my favorite cities.

Baltimore is really effed up. Makes rough sections of Boston and Providence look downright lame.
