That how a all corrections officer look after a suicide .. and managements response is to blame lowest guy always ..
if he wasn't on whats called one on one or eyeball thats mental health or senior Management making that call if he was on a 15 min watch .. its not hard to kill yourself after you see the officer at your window you got 15 mins. and if your not on a watch days rounds are hourly midnight some places hourly some every 30 mins
and not all cell are recorded but i bet the units are on film so they can be reviewed to see if rounds were done .. like any profession some cut corners |
