You are what you hate. You are making things up about what Trump did to lower black unemployment and when called out you bring up general things. He hasn't done anything specifically to lower black unemployment like you repeatedly claim. It is a byproduct of unemployment going down. If he started a massive program specifically targeted to the black community, then you could claim what you repeatedly claim. As far as I know there are no massive initiates/programs that other admins. haven't tried.
