There was an article in the Atlantic about Biden and how he stuttered as a child. I don't think he was doing what you claim.

And that is why Sanders apologized after mocking him. I'm willing to overlook her, because she apologized. Unlike the petty people who constantly bring up the Special Olympics comment by Obama or the deplorable comment by Clinton even though they apologized.
